Medical Care is a service provide by the hospitals. It is useful to help people for their symptoms or diseases. There are advantages for improved medical care, which are people living longer. People can have more of memorable memories with their families and friends, so they can have a happier life. People  can do any activities they have not done yet on their wish-lists, such as hiking, travelling and undertake sport activities. 


                Nowadays, the improvement in medical care is not remained stand with an improvement in people’s health quality. The problems are that we all living in an instant, which people depend on the instant medicines that can cure our pain immediately. These instant medicines may create various problems, such as cancers because it contains chemicals that our body may be harmed or not be able to digest them well enough.  Another effect is experiencing joint or muscle pain that might occur when the amount of drug consumed too much. Generally, the source of this pain comes from arthritis, dislocated joints, or muscle pain.


Other than that, the spread of medical care through countries or regions is not flawless. Moreover, the knowledge in medical care and communication the doctors may have led to conflicts for those patients who lives far away from the city. Therefore, the used of improved medical care is not in an effective way, which increases more risks when it comes to healing patients. 


             The life expectancy is increasing each year thanks to improved medical care, nonetheless the cost of medicines is as well increasing due to an improvement in technology and high skilled doctors, nurses, administrators and ancillary staff in producing high-quality outcomes and effective quality improvement hence hospital growth. These factors have made people’s lives worsen through out of their years. Especially for the elderly, they cannot pay out the costs because the costs because they are unable to work anymore due to their weak physical strength. 


             Some of the hospitals may not be able to afford the costs of advanced machinery used for the surgeries and therefore, they many not only operate to those patients who can pay out them. This means that the improved medical care can be felt by middle-income class and high-income class, except for low-income class.
